We offer a variety of function areas to suit all occasions and cater to your needs. From booking a table in Bears On Ten to hiring a private area, the club has a great range of food items and packages to suit all requirements and budgets. Parking is never a problem and visitors requiring accommodation can choose to stay at a variety of places from Burleigh to Broadbeach,
located within minutes of our venues.

The Club offers a variety of menus and our staff would be pleased to help tailor a menu for your function. Vegetarian and children’s meals (12 years & under) are available on request.

Bears on Ten

Bears On Ten offers a great range of dining options to suit all tastes. Perfect for small lunches & dinner bookings, bus groups or breakfast meetings.

Although it’s not a private function space, we can offer a dedicated area for your guests, free of charge for up to 100 persons. You can hire the complete room if your function exceeds 250.

The Spectators Den

The Spectators Den is perfect for meetings, training, with seating for up to 40 theatre style, or 26 boardroom. This room is air-conditioned and ideal for corporate meetings. The Den is ideal for an informal function.

Functions can be tailored to your requirements.

Room Hire Daily: $150.00

Hourly Rate: $30.00

Inclusive of Room Hire: Lectern with microphone, roving microphone, whiteboard with markers, screen, TV/VCR, DVD/CD player, portable PA system

Exclusive of Room Hire: (Hire fees apply to the following equipment)
Data projector, $15 per day

Seating Styles: Boardroom, theatre, classroom

Terms & Conditions

Conditions apply, see in club for details. Prices quoted are inclusive of GST Minimum numbers apply as stated on each menu. For numbers less than the stated minimum a catering levy may apply. Menus and prices are subject to change without notice.

A Booking Fee of $200 is required on Booking Bears on Ten total restaurant area.

Function guests are not permitted to supply their own food or beverages for events held in the Licensed Club. No person under the age of 18 years can be supplied liquor. The bar staff will refuse to sell liquor in cases where a person is suspected to be under age and may request that the persons present appropriate identification as “proof of age”. Children are to be in the company of an adult at all times.
